Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we get about our products, services, showroom, and what makes Floors by Remo & Company different.

Still wondering about something? Don’t hesitate to reach out to us — our team is always happy to help.

What types of flooring do you carry?

We carry a wide variety of flooring and surface options to suit every style and space. Our selection includes carpet, solid and engineered hardwood (prefinished & unfinished options available) laminate, vinyl, luxury vinyl tile and planks (LVT/LVP), cork flooring, rubber/exercise flooring, porcelain, ceramic and natural stone tiles and mosaics. We also offer outdoor flooring solutions like turf, pavers, paver pedestal systems and pool tiles. For countertop surfaces, we carry both quartz and natural stone options. If you are looking for specialty wall coverings, we carry wood and airslate options. If you're looking for something specific, just let us know—we're here to help!

What makes Floors by Remo & Company different from other flooring stores in Denver?

At Floors by Remo, we’re more than just a flooring store, we’re your one-stop shop. We showcase all major manufacturers under one roof, making it easy to compare products and find the perfect fit for your space. Every showroom visit is supported by a dedicated, knowledgeable team, no commission-based pressure here. Our staff, including interior designers, are salaried and focused on helping you make the right choice through honest guidance and product education.

We pride ourselves on clear, consistent communication, competitive pricing, and a personalized experience you won’t find at big-box retailers. As a local, family-operated business, we’re committed to treating every project like it’s for our own home.

What is a Design Folio, and how does it help with my flooring project?

A Design Folio is a personalized portfolio that includes all of your product selections, installation and care instructions, design details, drawings, and floor plans. We provide this complimentary to help keep your project organized and stress-free. It's also a favorite among installers - they use it as a reference guide to ensure your flooring is installed exactly as planned.

Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?

Yes, our showroom is available by appointment only. This ensures we have a dedicated team member available to guide you through the selection process and give your project the attention it deserves.

Can you help recommend trusted flooring installers in the Denver area?

Yes! We work with a trusted team of third-party installers whom we've built strong relationships with over the years. We’re confident in their quality of work and are happy to connect you with someone we trust.

Do you offer installation services for the flooring materials you sell?

While we don’t offer installation services in-house, we work closely with a team of trusted third-party installers. These are the same professionals we hire for our own homes, and we’re confident in the quality of their work. We’re happy to refer you to them for your project.

How long does it take to receive materials once ordered?

Lead times can vary, as every order is a special ordered just for you. On average and as long as the product is in stock at the supplier's out-of-state warehouse, materials arrive within 1-2 weeks to Denver from the date of order. We’ll always provide you with estimated lead times prior to placing your order, so if timing is a concern, we can explore alternate selections to better fit your schedule. We do have suppliers with in-stock items in Denver that we can explore as well.

Where will my materials be located?

All materials are stored at our vendors’ warehouses. You can choose to pick them up yourself, have your installer pick them up, or we can help arrange delivery through a third-party service - whatever works best for you and your project timeline.

How does you pricing compare to big-box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's?

Our pricing is just as competitive, and in many cases, we can offer you a higher quality product for the same or even less cost. Plus, you’ll get personalized service and expert guidance that big box stores simply can’t match.

What types of clients do you typically work with?

We work with a wide range of clients, including homeowners, custom home builders, interior designers, remodelers, installers, and restoration companies. Whether you're working on a new build, a renovation, or a one-room update, we’re here to help.

How does my job get measured?

If you have your own installer, have him or her provide us with the quantities needed. If you do not have an installer, we will measure for you.

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable flooring options?

Yes! We offer a wide selection of eco-friendly and sustainable flooring options, all available to view in our showroom. Whether you're looking for natural fibers, low-VOC finishes, or renewable materials, we can help you find something that fits your style and values.

Can you help me choose the right flooring material for my home or business?

Absolutely! We’ll guide you through a quick and informative meeting to help identify the best product for your space. Our goal is to find a flooring solution that’s not only a great fit for your style and needs, but also built to last.

How do I place an order for flooring materials?

If you do not have an term account with us, payment in full will be required to place your order. Directions on how to do so will be provided on your quote.

Do you work on commercial as well as residential projects?

Yes, we do! We have experience with both residential and commercial projects and can help find the right flooring solution for any type of space.

Do you offer budget-friendly flooring solutions without compromising on quality?

Yes, we offer a wide range of flooring options, from budget-friendly to high-end, without ever compromising on quality. We only recommend products we trust and would use in our own homes.

Are you a locally owned business?

Yes! We’re a small, family-owned business founded in 2015 by a father-daughter duo. Being local means we care deeply about our community and the people we serve.

How long have you been in business in Denver?

We opened our doors in April of 2015.
