Meet Emily

Emily co-founded the company in 2015 with her dad, Remo, and has been leading the charge ever since. A true Colorado native, she's balanced the art of hard work with a love for the outdoors—but also believes a little fun and laughter are essential to getting through the day (especially if tacos are involved). Emily’s proudest achievement is building a company where the team feels more like family—and where everyone’s invited to join her for a coffee break or an impromptu brainstorming session. She’s the kind of boss everyone would want to be friends with (and, honestly, most likely already is).

 

When she’s not at work, Emily is busy exploring the great outdoors. You’ll find her camping under the stars, traveling with her husband, Bill, or hitting the trails with their two dogs, Dixie and Macie. Her big bucket list dream is to visit all 63 U.S. national parks—because nothing says adventure like exploring epic landscapes and collecting stories along the way.

 

Emily credits her dad as her biggest career inspiration, and together they’ve created something truly special. But don’t let her leadership style fool you—she’s not afraid to spice things up, whether that’s trying kangaroo in Australia (surprisingly tasty, or so she says) or brainstorming her next big idea over a plate of tacos.
